How much notice does a landlord have to give for unpaid rent in Oregon?
Short answer
Unpaid rent: 10-day notice (from the 8th day of the rental period) or 13-day notice (from the 5th day); 72 hours for week-to-week
Notice: At least 10 days' written notice given no sooner than the 8th day of the rental period, or 13 days given no sooner than the 5th day (week-to-week: 72 hours, no sooner than the 5th day)
To end a tenancy for nonpayment, deliver a written notice of nonpayment and intent to terminate: for month-to-month and other tenancies, at least 10 days' notice given no sooner than the 8th day of the rental period, or at least 13 days' notice given no sooner than the 5th day (the day rent is due counts as day 1). For week-to-week tenancies, at least 72 hours' notice given no sooner than the 5th day. The notice must state the amount owed and the date and time by which to pay. Oregon also requires a notice of rental assistance resources with the termination notice (ORS 90.395), and mailed notices add days under ORS 90.155.

"by delivering to the tenant at least 72 hours’ written notice of nonpayment" oregonlegislature.gov
