Pro reminders: join the waitlist
The calendar builder, every rule page and topic guide, and the .ics download are free, and they will stay free. We are considering an optional Pro tier for landlords who would rather have deadlines come to them.
What Pro might include
- Email reminders before each deadline on your calendar.
- Text message (SMS) reminders.
- Several properties in one account, each with its own state, city, lease dates and license dates.
- A heads-up when we update a rule that applies to one of your properties.
What stays free
- The calendar builder and its .ics file, with alerts 14 and 3 days before each date.
- All state and city pages, topic pages and guides, with their sources.
- The corrections form.
What is not decided
Pro is not built yet. It has no price and no launch date, and it may not happen. The waitlist tells us whether enough landlords want it. If we decide not to build it, we delete the list.
