The LandlordDates newsletter
A free, occasional email for independent landlords with 1 to 10 units.
What you get
- New and changed rules we have verified against official government sources, with links to those sources.
- Heads-ups before deadline seasons (tax filings, annual notices, registrations and inspections).
- Nothing else: no ads and no daily emails.
What we promise
- Your email address is used only for this newsletter. It is never sold or shared.
- Double opt-in: you are added only after you confirm by email.
- Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe anytime.
- Newsletter emails have open and click tracking turned off. The one-time welcome email after you confirm does have open and click tracking (we can't turn it off on our plan yet), so its links go through EmailOctopus redirect links.
- Emails come from a send.eomail5.com address (EmailOctopus).
- It is general information, not legal advice. Always confirm with the official source.
The signup form is provided by EmailOctopus, our email provider, and uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. When it loads, it also fetches fonts from Google Fonts and images from EmailOctopus, so those services see standard request data such as your IP address. To avoid loading third-party code for every visitor, the form loads only when you click the button. Details are in our privacy policy.
You don't need the newsletter to use LandlordDates: build your free calendar any time.
